Avsar’s Khasta Raj Kachori is a puffed pastry stuffed with spicy dal stuffing topped with our authentic chutneys, pulses, onion, beaten yogurt and sev to make the chaat.

‘Khasta’ is the Hindi or Gujarati word. It means flaky. So these khasta kachoris have flaky and crispy texture. Different regions in India have different pronunciation for the word kachori. Many calls it kachaudi, kachauri, kachodi as well.
