Avsar's Covid-19 Plan

Our Avsar Family is made up of partners, suppliers, guests, employees and the communities we serve. Their health and safety is our chief concern.
As we all monitor the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19 (commonly referred to as coronavirus), we would like to update you all on steps we are taking to observe health and safety of everyone visiting Avsar.
In addition to our current stringent food handling safety practices and restaurant cleanliness standards, we have added further sanitizing procedures.
Decreasing dining seats to increase space between tables to enable social distancing.
We have placed easily accessible hand sanitizers at our cash counter for all our guests and staff.
All door handles, knobs and other high touch areas are disinfected every 2 hours during the day.
All items, including but not limited to condiments, salt pepper shakers and sugar trays etc. are sanitized between each use.
In addition to usual cleaning of the table after each guest, we are wiping the table tops with disinfectant wipes, further sanitizing it before reuse.
We are replacing our menus with paper-menus to dispose them after each use.
Payment terminals will be sanitized with disinfecting wipes.
We have reinforced internal staff policies to ensure all our staff are aware and committed to uphold health and safety standard as prescribed by WHO and local health authorities.
We will review the situation on the daily basis and adjust and implement new practices as required We would like to thank you for continued support and loyalty and hope to serve you your favourite Gujarati Thali and Mumbai Street Food soon. Come dine with us with utmost confidence. This weekend, we have Kathiyawadi Thali featured.
